The Perse School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Sports Centre team, you will be responsible for the safe and effective daily management and operation of our swimming pool, climbing wall, and sports hall.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the facilities are appropriately maintained, staffed, and managed to provide an effective and efficient service for both the School and outside users.
- Assist in the delivery of a learn to swim programme and help to coordinate a programme of other sports hirings.
- Work under the direction of the Sports Centre Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the Sports Centre.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive team player attitude.
