Duty Manager

GLL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Abbey Leisure Complex in Cambridge. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the leisure centre, ensuring that all facilities and services are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the leisure centre, including supervising staff, managing customer queries, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Ensure that all facilities and services are running smoothly and efficiently, including the pool, gym, and other leisure facilities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure that the leisure centre is operating within budget.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the leisure centre is meeting its goals and objectives.
