At GLL, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Duty Manager to join our team at Cambridge Ice Arena. As a Duty Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our leisure centre, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to deliver an outstanding experience for our members and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the leisure centre, including supervising staff, maintaining facilities, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver high-quality services and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
