Duty Manager

The Perse School is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of our new swimming pool, sports centre, and climbing wall facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe and effective management of the swimming pool, climbing wall, and sports hall facilities.
- Assist in the delivery of a learn-to-swim program and coordinate sports hirings.
- Manage third-party use of the facilities and ensure excellent customer service.
- Work closely with the Sports Centre Manager to maintain high standards of facility maintenance and staff supervision.
Requirements:
- Experience in a leisure environment with management experience in a relevant role.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to lead a team.
- Ability to recommend and assist in setting up and improving procedures.
