Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Digital Waffle. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a vital role in the management and administration of our business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and development of business systems, including identifying improvements and implementing changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and optimal performance.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and root causes of issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including test scripts and technical guides.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively use our systems.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS SQL Server and experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
