About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our IT department at Recruit4Talent, a national recruitment agency group. This is a permanent, full-time position based out of our head office near Coventry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business needs
  • Design and develop effective business processes to optimize the use of Microsoft Dynamics
  • Support the implementation and testing of Microsoft Dynamics solutions
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain data models and data dictionaries
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through data governance practices
  • Document and create user stories
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users
  • Build strong and effective relationships with the business and tech stakeholders
Requirements
  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience of working in an agile environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience of Azure DevOps is desirable
  • Experience of being a Product Owner is desirable
  • Experience of working in the recruitment industry is beneficial but not essential
