About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our growing IT Team at Digital Waffle. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a vital role in the management and administration of our IT Business Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Design and Development
    • Support the design of test scripts and participate in full regression testing for our key business systems and other associated IT systems.
    • Develop knowledge of our main business systems, including ERP and MES, and support day-to-day activities, including administration and basic development.
  • System Performance Monitoring
    • Monitor end-user system performance, report issues, and maintain communications to ensure appropriate resolution.
  • Business Application Support
    • Provide support for our business applications, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills
    • Good IT skills, including experience with MS SQL Server.
    • Ability to write complex SQL queries and analyze data with attention to detail.
  • Soft Skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven analytical and problem-solving ability.
