Key Responsibilities- Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business needs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Design and develop business processes to optimize the use of Microsoft Dynamics, driving business efficiency and productivity.
- Support the implementation and testing of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain data models and data dictionaries, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Document and create user stories, providing clear and concise guidance for stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of Microsoft Dynamics.
- Build strong and effective relationships with business and tech stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on business outcomes.
- Experience of working in an agile environment, with a willingness to adapt and evolve.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience of Azure DevOps is desirable, as is experience of being a Product Owner.
- Experience of working in the recruitment industry is beneficial but not essential.
- A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
