Salary: £31,000



Digital Waffle is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our growing IT Team. In this exciting role, you will play a vital part in the development and delivery of diverse IT systems across the organisation.


As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for managing business systems, identifying improvements, development, support, and assistance to the business. You will work closely with the team to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and provide technical expertise to support business needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • System Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business systems to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for system enhancements.
  • System Development: Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and implement new systems and system enhancements.
  • System Support: Provide technical support to the business, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of IT systems.
  • Communication: Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders and end-users.


Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Good IT skills, ability to prioritise, experience in supporting business applications, knowledge of MS SQL Server.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data with attention to detail, identify associated trends and root cause of issues, implementing corrective action.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
