Position Title:
Customer Relations and Administrative Coordinator

Aeropeople Limited is a leader in the aerospace sector, focusing on innovative solutions for aircraft component repairs through Part 21J design. Our expertise encompasses a comprehensive range of C-ratings and includes a CAA BCAR approved aerospace welding workshop.

We cater to a diverse clientele of aircraft operators, including major names in the industry.

The primary objective of this role is to maintain effective communication with our Airline Partners, overseeing the management, tracking, and progression of maintenance and repair tasks for their components from the moment they arrive at our facility until their safe return.

Your responsibilities will include consistently monitoring the progress of work on the shop floor, collaborating closely with Engineers, the Workshop Manager, Planning, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure that service delivery remains on schedule and that all deadlines are met.

In this role, you will manage all aspects of the administrative and customer service functions necessary to provide comprehensive service to some of the largest airline companies globally.

This is a permanent position with a standard workweek from Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be required to work on-site full-time, as hybrid working arrangements are not available for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and report any supply chain issues, such as shortages or delays, and coordinate with the Purchasing, Planning, and Engineering Team Leaders to ensure timely progress.
  • Accurately enter data into the internal database systems (Aerotrack).
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Address customer service inquiries and perform general administrative tasks.
  • Assist team members in their roles and provide coverage during periods of annual leave (Sales, Estimating, Purchasing).
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone communications.
  • Ensure that all company documentation is current and accessible on the website.

Essential Skills:

  • Knowledge of planning, monitoring, and managing workloads to meet production targets.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage performance and conduct problem analysis and resolution.
