Training and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Advisor to join our team at Prestige Recruitment Specialists.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional consultative sales experiences to prospects and customers across our range of business products and services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve agreed personal sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
- Maintain regular, effective, and timely interventions with prospects and customers, ensuring all interactions are recorded in our CRM system.
- Manage personal pipelines of opportunities to ensure achievement of personal objectives and team targets.
- Develop business proposals for prospects and conduct sales meetings to drive successful outcomes.
- Gather and share intelligence to support strategic and operational planning of the business.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, colleagues, and external partners.
- A full driving licence and own vehicle are essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work closely with the wider management team to ensure cohesive working practices.
- Excellent sales and marketing skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
We offer a competitive salary of £32k per annum and a dynamic work environment that values innovation and collaboration.
