- Event Participation & Promotion: Assist in organizing events, from open days to client workshops, to raise the profile of our achievements and services.
- Business Development: Develop business proposals that reflect our clients' needs while supporting our mission of excellence in training and development.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and client needs, sharing insights that can enhance our sales and operational strategies.
We're looking for a proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives in a consultative sales environment. You should be comfortable managing multiple client relationships, enjoy problem-solving, and be passionate about workforce development.
Qualifications & Skills- Enhanced DBS & RTW in the UK is required.
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the training or education sector.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
- A results-driven approach with the ability to meet targets and KPIs.
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working across teams to achieve common goals.
