Job Title: Training and Development Adviser

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Development Adviser to join our team at Prestige Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing function, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our relationships with client companies and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional consultative sales experiences to prospects and customers, showcasing our range of business products and services.
  2. Achieve personal sales targets across our business products, driving revenue growth and contributing to team objectives.
  3. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations using various media and techniques to achieve successful outcomes.
  4. Maintain regular, effective, and timely interventions with prospects and customers, ensuring all interactions are recorded in our CRM system.
  5. Manage your pipeline of opportunities to ensure achievement of personal objectives and contribution to team targets.
  6. Develop business proposals for prospects and conduct sales meetings to drive business growth.
  7. Gather and share intelligence to support strategic and operational planning, driving business success.
  8. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, colleagues, clients, and the general public.
  9. Adhere to our policies and procedures relating to health and safety, quality management, and other relevant aspects of the role.
  10. Participate in meetings, team events, staff meetings, and open days/events, taking minutes when requested by management.
  11. Organize and assist with events, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
