Training and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Development Advisor to join our team at Prestige Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing function, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our client companies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a first-class consultative sales experience to prospects and customers across our range of business products and services. This will involve achieving agreed personal sales targets, developing and delivering sales presentations, and maintaining regular and effective interventions with all prospects and customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional sales and customer service to drive business growth and revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client companies to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with the wider management team to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
- Develop and deliver sales training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our sales strategies remain effective and competitive.
