Customer Service Advisor Job Description

KHR - Recruitment Specialists is seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients requiring installation services for their products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls and emails from customers, taking details of new bookings and handling call-outs.
  • Liaise with installers to arrange bookings and manage information per booking, entering details into our in-house systems and issuing correct paperwork.
  • Manage payments, liaising with Accounts to trade customers and handle any queries about installation projects.
  • Provide general administrative support, keeping accurate digital and paper records of work completed and filing up to date.
Requirements:
  • A friendly and helpful telephone manner, with confidence on the phone.
  • Good work ethic, with the ability to remain productive and well-prioritised with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a polite and constructive approach to colleagues and customers alike.
  • Computer literacy and confidence in working in an office environment.
  • A multi-tasker who can oversee several open bookings at once.
  • Willingness and aptitude to learn about the product range.
  • A responsible person with a keen eye for detail, quality, and a 'get it right first time' method.
