Customer Service Advisor

KHR - Recruitment Specialists is seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team in Gravesend. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a market-leading company that offers ongoing progression and training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients requiring installation services for their products.
  • Answer phone calls and emails from customers, taking details of new bookings and handling call-outs.
  • Liaise with installers to arrange bookings and manage information per booking.
  • Manage queries and day-to-day issues such as cancellations and re-bookings.
  • Keep accurate digital and paper records of work completed and maintain up-to-date filing.
Requirements:
  • A friendly and helpful telephone manner, with confidence on the phone.
  • Good work ethic, with the ability to remain productive and well-prioritised with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a polite and constructive approach to colleagues and customers.
  • Computer literacy and confidence in working in an office environment.
  • A multi-tasker who can oversee several open bookings at once.
  • A responsible person with a keen eye for detail, quality, and a 'get it right first time' method.
