Quality Assistant

Position 1 Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assistant to join our client's manufacturing site in Norwich. Our client is a reputable producer of bespoke products, and due to ongoing growth, they require an experienced Quality Assistant to support their friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the efficient operation of all functions related to Quality, including overseeing daily administrative tasks, conducting Quality Checks, and assisting with Quality Investigations.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, liaise with customers, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Communicate and coordinate with all departments within the Plant and the wider company, promoting high Quality standards.
  • Administer the Quality Management System and Data, maintaining the HFI log and proactively highlighting issues.

As a Quality Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Quality Manager in driving a culture of 'Right First Time' and identifying areas for improvement. You will also be expected to propose and deliver projects to enhance Quality standards.
