Position Overview

This position reports directly to the Group Senior CRM Manager and provides an opportunity to collaborate with various departments, enhancing Cass Art's CRM capabilities while adapting swiftly in a dynamic environment.

You will play a crucial role in our marketing initiatives, creatively engaging with our clientele, experimenting with innovative concepts that foster customer interaction and ultimately boost revenue.
