We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Home Manager to join our team at our new home in Doncaster. Our home is designed to provide a safe and nurturing environment for up to 3 young people with EBD and LD needs.

About the Role

As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff who are passionate about providing high-quality care and support to our young people. You will work closely with external professionals, including social workers, teachers, and healthcare professionals, to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to young people with EBD and LD needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with external professionals
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the smooth operation of the home
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and best practice in children's residential care
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the home
Requirements
  • Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People (or equivalent)
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a children's residential setting
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a leadership/management role in children's residential care
  • A flexible approach to working and a passion for working with children
