Care Home Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our residential care home in Armthorpe, Doncaster. As a Registered Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff management, budgets, and resident care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality care is provided to residents.
  • Supervise staff members and develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional care services, utilizing your care expertise to enhance resident well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and maintain compliance with regulations and uphold high standards of care.
  • Provide KPIs to your Regional Manager and contribute to the overall success of the care home.
Essential Requirements:
  • At least two years' experience as Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a registered care home.
  • NVQ levels 2/3/4 and Level 5 Registered Managers Award.
  • Safeguarding Qualification and good knowledge of CQC Standards & Regulations.
  • Good communication and people management skills.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability.
