En tant que Spécialiste Marketing, vous serez chargé d'exécuter des activités marketing efficaces pour générer des prospects sur les marchés du Royaume-Uni et d'Irlande. En collaboration avec le Responsable Marketing, vous contribuerez à l'élaboration de plans marketing tactiques basés sur les points d'action de nos plans d'affaires nationaux. Vous interagirez quotidiennement avec notre marché à travers divers canaux, y compris les courriels, les réseaux sociaux, les événements et le contenu web. Vous devrez être capable de localiser les campagnes américaines/globales et de créer des communications locales. Une intégration et une communication efficaces avec l'équipe élargie du Royaume-Uni seront essentielles pour garantir que toutes les activités marketing soient bien comprises et correctement mises en œuvre.

Responsabilités du Poste :

  • Assurer l'exécution réussie de toutes les tactiques marketing décrites dans les plans marketing tactiques locaux pour stimuler la génération de prospects.
  • Garantir la livraison opportune et pertinente des campagnes marketing à tous les segments de marché.
  • Respecter et maintenir nos valeurs et notre code de conduite.
  • Utiliser le cadre Ambition à Action du Royaume-Uni pour développer un plan marketing tactique, en prenant la responsabilité de son exécution opérationnelle.
  • Fournir des campagnes et des communications efficaces à travers divers supports.
  • Comprendre le marché pour adapter les messages aux segments appropriés.
  • Localiser les campagnes américaines/globales pour le marché britannique.
  • Créer du contenu pour les campagnes locales si nécessaire.
  • Développer des relations de travail solides avec toutes les parties prenantes internes pour garantir l'exécution réussie de toutes les activités marketing dans le cadre de notre initiative SMISS (Marketing Stratégique/Ventes Internes/Ventes).
  • Planifier et maintenir un calendrier de médias sociaux et du contenu pour les plateformes pertinentes, avec un minimum de trois publications par semaine.
  • Coordonner la participation de l'entreprise à des expositions commerciales, conférences, symposiums, séminaires et réunions.
  • Mesurer le succès des stratégies, tactiques et campagnes.
  • Générer et présenter des rapports marketing selon les besoins.
  • Mettre à jour les données et enregistrer les interactions avec les clients dans le système CRM.
  • Assister à des formations, conférences, sites clients et événements si nécessaire.
  • Atteindre les initiatives et KPI spécifiques en matière de ventes et de marketing.

Exigences du Poste :

  • Licence ou équivalent en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe, plus deux ans d'expérience dans l'ensemble du mix marketing, ou un minimum de six ans d'expérience dans un rôle marketing.
  • Solides compétences en réflexion stratégique, créativité, résolution de problèmes et pensée critique.
  • Autonome avec d'excellentes capacités de gestion du temps et de planification.
  • Une personne passionnée, motivée pour faire la différence.
  • Attitude positive avec d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, écrites, de présentation verbale et téléphonique.
  • Analytique, tenace, curieux et orienté vers les détails.
  • Capacité à voyager selon les besoins pour des expositions, conférences, sites clients et formations.

Qualifications :

  • Un diplôme en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Souhaitable : Diplôme du Chartered Institute of Marketing en Marketing Professionnel/Diplôme en Marketing Digital Professionnel ou équivalent est très apprécié.
