About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team at Bodyset. As a Women's Health Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients, delivering high-quality treatments and services that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and Assessment: Take professional responsibility as a Physiotherapist, with high-level decision-making, autonomy, and clinical-reasoning skills, to triage, assess, diagnose, and treat a designated clinical caseload.
  • Client Communication: Develop a highly confident, consultative approach with new clients to prescribe and plan effective treatments to deliver lasting outcomes.
  • Client Retention: Attract and retain clients at excellent levels, with an exceptional active patient management approach.
  • Referral Relationships: Build and maintain excellent referral relationships with external partnerships, such as sports clubs, gym instructors, and consultants.
  • Documentation: Confidently communicate with all partners to provide well-documented and comprehensive notes and reports where required.
  • Professional Development: Develop an interest in clinical specialisms and other business disciplines, such as training, marketing auditing, or management.
  • Compliance: Comply with all Bodyset policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring that product delivery and customer experience is consistent.
  • Quality Improvement: Continually strive to improve clinic standards, identify any risks to the Regional Lead, and develop as a Physiotherapist.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: BSc (hons) Physiotherapy degree, full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council, and Senior Society of Physiotherapy.
  • Experience: Postgraduate Women's Health (Pelvic Health) specific training, such as with the POGP or "mummy mot" accreditation, and evidence of continued professional development.
  • Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills, excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent written English skills.
Desirable Experience
  • Previous evidence of generating new business and your own client caseload.
  • Previous experience of practicing in the private healthcare sector.
  • 3+ years relevant postgraduate clinical experience.
