Job Title: Advanced Level Physiotherapist - Hand Therapist

We are seeking an exceptional Advanced Level Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Physiotherapy Academy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individual rehabilitation programmes for musculoskeletal referrals, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • Manage complex patient presentations using a patient-centred approach, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and achieving the best clinical outcome possible.
  • Act as a point of clinical expertise for other health professionals, facilitating the best outcome for patients.
  • Review emerging evidence within the area of specialist knowledge and assist in its integration into Nuffield Health's evidence-based pathways.
Requirements:
  • BSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) with considerable post-graduate experience.
  • Relevant MSc and registration with the UK Health and Care Professions Council and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
  • Excellent clinical and analytical skills, with a highly developed knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions acquired through 5 years of clinical experience and post-graduate education.
  • Ability to assess complex conditions and manage the patient journey by making onward referrals to the most appropriate services.
