Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individual rehabilitation programmes for musculoskeletal referrals, working closely with the multidisciplinary clinical team.
  • Manage complex patient presentations using a patient-centred approach, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and achieving the best clinical outcomes.
  • Act as a point of clinical expertise for other health professionals, facilitating the best outcome for patients.

With excellent clinical and analytical skills, you will be able to demonstrate a highly developed knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions, acquired through 5 years of clinical experience and post-graduate education. You will have the ability to assess complex conditions.

What We Offer:

At Nuffield Health, you will be part of a wider team working to create a healthier future for each individual client. You will manage the patient journey by making onward referrals to the most appropriate services, having a good knowledge of all the appropriate diagnostic and treatment options.

Requirements:

  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and excellent clinical reasoning skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate an active continuing professional development portfolio, reflecting a desire to develop as a practitioner.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive benefits package, including holiday in line with the Working Time Directive, access to our Pension Scheme, and discounted gym membership at £15.00 a month. As a bank employee, you will work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
