Job Duties
- Ensure that all pertinent case notes are accessible at the beginning of the clinic.
- Schedule patients for clinics within the designated work area for each shift.
- Confirm patient details and update demographic information in the relevant booking system.
- Address inquiries from the public or staff, whether by phone or in person.
- For outpatient clinics, update the Patient Administration System (PAS) with relevant outcomes and procedure codes for each patient.
- Arrange interpreters as necessary following organizational procedures.
- Schedule follow-up appointments as needed.
- Provide coverage during periods of absence.
