Lucy Lawson Creative Recruitment Ltd is on the lookout for an innovative Social Media Strategist to join a prestigious luxury personal care brand.

This role is primarily full-time and office-based, with the flexibility of remote work on Wednesdays.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, along with a keen understanding of current advertising trends. You will manage creative projects from their inception through to completion.

This position demands a versatile and imaginative individual with exceptional project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept Development: This constitutes a significant portion of the role, focusing on generating detailed and innovative ideas for the broader social media team, grounded in platform analytics.

Team Collaboration: You will serve as the primary creative liaison among Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Paid Social teams, overseeing the complete creative development cycle from initial idea to final execution.

Social Campaign Success: Collaborating with approximately 50 creators and influencers, you will implement engaging, social-first digital campaigns. This role requires the ability to cultivate relationships within the content creator community to surpass campaign objectives.

Performance Analysis: Assess and analyze the effectiveness of creative assets and campaigns, providing insights to refine future strategies based on performance data.

Creative Innovation: Continuously explore methods to improve creative processes and outputs by testing new advertising formats and creative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience in design and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including motion design skills
  • Strong copywriting abilities
  • Excellent communication skills with the capacity to present concepts to internal stakeholders
  • The capability to elevate creativity beyond budget-driven constraints
