Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join ccha Careers as a Neighbourhood Services Officer. As a key member of our multi-disciplined Neighbourhood Services team, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service and effective Housing Management Service to our residents and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly responsible for a defined multi-tenure patch, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and effective service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve business objectives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business plans, policies, and procedures to drive business growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience in customer service, housing management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of business operations and processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet business needs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve business outcomes.
