Croydon Churches Housing Association is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Neighbourhood Services Team as a Neighbourhood Services Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high level of customer service and effective housing management to our residents and external customers.
- Be directly responsible for a defined multi-tenure patch, working closely with colleagues to ensure the delivery of excellent services.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners to achieve business objectives.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplined team to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of housing management strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience of working in a housing or social care environment.
- Understanding of implementing good housing management and estate management practices.
- Ability to keep up to date with relevant housing management regulation and legislation.
- Good IT knowledge and skills.
- Great customer service and strong customer focus.
