About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a PTS Non-Emergency Ambulance Controller. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for scheduling patient transport requests to ambulance resources, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with our computerized scheduling system to allocate resources and prioritize patient transport requests
  • Communicate effectively with patients, ambulance crews, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
