About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a PTS Non-Emergency Ambulance Controller within PTS Logistics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling patient transport requests to ambulance resources, working with a computerized scheduling system, and communicating with patients and staff at all levels.

Main Responsibilities
