Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative initiatives designed to enhance support for individuals with learning disabilities and neurodiversity.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to foster a culture of inclusivity and understanding.
- Conduct thorough assessments of current practices and identify areas for improvement, aligning our services with national best practices and guidelines such as the Building the Right Support Action Plan and the Learning Disability Diamond Standard.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to colleagues, empowering them to deliver person-centered care that respects individual needs and preferences.
- Champion continuous learning and development within the organization, ensuring that staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively support individuals with learning disabilities and neurodiversity.
