We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Support Officer to provide comprehensive administrative support to our directors. This is a full-time, temporary position that will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate services.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our directors, including:
- Complex diary management and coordination of conflicting priorities
- Management of all correspondence received by the director, using initiative to respond in the most appropriate way
- Drafting and/or proofreading papers and ensuring plans are in place to meet deadlines
- Providing support and attending meetings chaired by the director

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have:
- Education to degree level or equivalent experience in business administration
- Advanced keyboard skills and experience of typing from dictation/audio typing
- Proactive approach and ability to identify areas for improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Minimum of three years providing high-level business support within a corporate environment
- Experience of complex diary and email management, being able to proactively manage and coordinate conflicting priorities
- Experience of supporting director-level meetings, including production of minutes
