Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the venue for tours, ensuring all informational materials are available and areas are tidy.
  • Conduct guided tours, engaging visitors with interesting historical facts and narratives.
  • Answer visitor inquiries thoroughly, utilizing provided resources for additional information.
  • Facilitate tutored tastings and serve refreshments as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and bookings to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding visitor experiences and suggestions.
