Senior Manager, Reward and People Insights

As a Reward & People Insights leader at Endava, you will develop and lead the implementation of comprehensive compensation and benefits and people insights strategies that align with the company's business objectives and talent needs. Ensure alignment with the organisation's business goals and talent management strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and oversee the development of compensation structures and incentive plans that are competitive within the consulting industry.
  • Conduct regular market analyses to benchmark company compensation against industry standards and trends specific to professional services consulting.
  • Develop and manage the global compensation budget, ensuring alignment with financial goals and constraints, in close collaboration with the CEO and finance team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global programs, ideally in a professional services or consulting company.
  • Deep understanding of global compensation practices, regulations, and trends. Familiarity with various compensation benchmarking tools and surveys, particularly in the consulting industry.
