Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Homeless Client Feedback Project Worker at Powys County Council. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in gathering feedback from homeless clients and identifying areas for improvement in our services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Comprehensively gathering the views of homeless clients regarding the quality of our homeless services
  • Actively engaging with homeless clients through a differentiated approach of home visits and telephone calls to maximise the breadth of service user feedback
  • Preparing performance reports, presentations, and briefings for colleagues, elected members, service users, and other stakeholders
  • Promptly raising concerns with the relevant Interim Accommodation Officer regarding homeless clients who may need specialist support and assistance
  • Contributing positively to the Council fulfilling its statutory duties with regard to homelessness, in full accordance with all relevant and current legislation and guidance
