Role Summary:
The Powys Arts Service has secured funding from the Shared Prosperity Fund (SPF) to initiate its Arts Strategy and facilitate various initiatives focused on relationship development, digital collaboration, and the promotion of the creative sector.

The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering a proficient and effective administrative and digital support service for the arts project funded by the grant.


Candidate Profile:

  • Proficient in utilizing a diverse array of digital tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with maintaining and updating website content and managing social media channels.
  • Capable of proactively engaging with team members to gather necessary information.
  • Creative flair for producing visually appealing and engaging online content.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the ongoing maintenance and updates of the Stori Powys website, Cultural Services social media accounts, and the Search the Assets platform.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Cultural Services Digital Presence Group and the Digital Story Strategic Group.
  • Assist in the administrative processes for grant proposals that align with the Cultural Services Digital Strategy.
