About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Adferiad Recovery. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a service that provides support to individuals with complex needs, including those with attachment issues, ACES, county lines, bullying, and school stress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including supervising a team of staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality support to service users.
  • Develop and implement service plans, including setting goals and objectives, and monitoring progress.
  • Work closely with service users, their families, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage referrals, assessments, and support plans, ensuring that service users receive the necessary support to achieve their outcomes.
  • Ensure that the service is delivered in a way that is person-centered, empowering, and promotes recovery.
  • Manage and coordinate the staff team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and training to deliver high-quality support.
  • Ensure that client files and records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with external agencies, including commissioners, partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience of managing a service, including managing a staff team.
  • Experience of providing support to individuals with complex needs.
  • Experience of managing support services.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain constructive relationships with clients, staff, and external agencies.
  • Competent with IT, report writing, and note-keeping skills.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
