About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our team at Barts Health NHS Trust. As a Rotational Physiotherapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse range of specialist physiotherapy areas and rotations, refining and developing your experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver specialized physiotherapeutic intervention to patients using highly developed skills in assessment and treatment.
  • Participate in the rotation scheme, working across the Royal London Hospital and Mile End Hospital.
  • Contribute to the development of evidence-based practice and clinical effectiveness during each rotation.
  • Participate in the emergency and on-call rota across the Royal London Hospital site.

Person Specification
  • Qualifications: UK recognised qualification in Physiotherapy at degree level or above, HCPC Registration.
  • Desirable Criteria: Member of the CSP, experience of using research and other evidence to inform practice.
  • Experience: Student placements in core areas of physiotherapy, experience of working as a qualified therapist, NHS experience, experience of working in a diverse multi-cultural environment.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of clinical governance, has an understanding of professional issues and NHS developments.
  • Skills: Able to demonstrate verbal and non-verbal and written communication skills, able to demonstrate clinical reasoning skills, able to demonstrate time management skills, able to demonstrate skills in assessment and treatment of patients.
