Position Title: Night Care Support Officer at Doncaster Council

Location: Doncaster

Compensation: Grade 7, £25,969 - £28,665 (Full Time equivalent)

Employment Type: Permanent, Part Time, 21 Hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate care to children with disabilities and complex needs
  • Conduct general housekeeping and administrative duties
  • Ensure the safety and security of the residential environment
  • Attend to the needs of young individuals throughout the night
  • Provide support for fellow night care officers as required

Qualifications:

  • Effective communication and basic IT proficiency
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Completion of QCF Level 3 within a two-year timeframe
  • Training in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and the Signs of Safety model
