Learning Management Systems Coordinator

Job Summary:
Tulip Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Management Systems Coordinator to join our team. As the key point of contact between our organisation and the provider, you will be responsible for setting up, managing and configuring the Learning Management System (LMS) to meet our needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- LMS Configuration and Management: Set up and manage the LMS to ensure seamless integration with our organisation's systems and processes.
- Course Creation and Management: Develop and manage online learning paths and courses to meet the training needs of our employees.
- Content Development and Improvement: Continuously develop and improve the content and processes within the LMS to ensure it remains effective and efficient.
- User Support and Training: Provide training and support to users on navigating and utilising the LMS effectively, including managing access and permissions.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse and report on LMS data, including compliance reports, to inform business decisions.
- System Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Maintain the LMS, including regular system checks and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest LMS industry trends, tools and best practices to ensure our organisation remains at the forefront.
- Feedback and Recommendations: Provide feedback and recommendations for LMS improvements and upgrades to ensure it continues to meet our needs.
- Student Support: Support students with tuition bookings, exam entry, and subsequent exam results.
- Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with students, study mentors, team leaders and external study suppliers as required to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
