The Role: Learning & Development Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the development and implementation of learning programs across LCP. You will work closely with the wider Learning & Development team to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the professional growth of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning Administration:
    • Manage new starter onboarding processes, liaising with HR and internal stakeholders.
    • Maintain and update LCP's appraisal platform, Clear Review, by collaborating with department contacts.
    • Become proficient in using our learning management system (LMS), LCPLearn and IMC Express, for course administration and updating appraiser details.
    • Generate reports on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) / Induction training and follow up with non-completers.
    • Provide logistical support for learning sessions, including booking rooms, arranging refreshments, and preparing training materials.
    • Schedule parental support sessions, liaising with external providers and LCP employees.
    • Ensure invoices are managed and the evaluation process is completed following learning events.
    • Create and update intranet and firm-wide communication posts on learning offerings.
    • Communicate effectively with LCP employees, trainers, and suppliers as required.
  • Qualification Administration:
    • Handle general study administration tasks, including checking invoices, processing credit card payments, updating study records, and coordinating with relevant parties.
