Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will take pride in providing exceptional experiences for our guests:

  • You will oversee the seamless execution and service of all group, social, banquet, and planned food and beverage events, ensuring our guests receive unparalleled experiences. This includes managing, leading, and inspiring the Event Operations team, continuously enhancing service and operational systems, and maintaining event spaces that reflect a 5-star standard to meet and exceed guest expectations while driving business growth.
  • You will demonstrate adaptability and creativity in addressing challenges that may arise throughout the day, ensuring that we accommodate our guests' special requests.
