About the Role

Coworth Park is seeking a skilled Banqueting Porter to join our team. As a Banqueting Porter, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests by providing banqueting and event supplies, setting up and taking down events, and assisting with In-Room Dining orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver banqueting and event supplies to event spaces as directed by the supervisor and maintain event stores.
  • Assist with the set up and take down of events, including moving tables and chairs, clearing crockery, and delivering food and beverage.
  • Support In-Room Dining orders to ensure guests receive an exceptional experience.
  • Show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests' special requests and challenges.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with a customer service ethic.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests' requests.
