At Coworth Park, we're seeking a skilled Banqueting Porter to join our team. As a Banqueting Porter, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all event spaces are well-stocked with the necessary supplies and that all event stores are maintained to the highest standards.

You'll work closely with our supervisors to set up and take down events, including moving tables and chairs, clearing crockery, and delivering food and beverages. Your excellent communication skills and strong customer service ethic will be essential in providing a seamless experience for our guests.

What You'll Do

  • You'll be responsible for delivering banqueting and event supplies to the different event spaces as directed by the supervisor and ensure that all event stores are well maintained.
  • You'll assist with the set up and take down of events when needed, including moving tables & chairs, clearing crockery & delivering food & beverage
  • You'll also be required to assist with In-Room Dining orders, all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
  • You'll show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests' special requests and challenges that may arise during the day
