Banqueting Porter

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Banqueting Porter to join our team at Coworth Park.

As a Banqueting Porter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by ensuring that all event supplies are delivered to the different event spaces as directed by the supervisor and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all event stores.

You will also assist with the set up and take down of events, including moving tables and chairs, clearing crockery, and delivering food and beverage.

In addition, you will be required to assist with In-Room Dining orders to ensure our guests receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver banqueting and event supplies to the different event spaces as directed by the supervisor
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all event stores
• Assist with the set up and take down of events, including moving tables and chairs, clearing crockery, and delivering food and beverage
• Assist with In-Room Dining orders

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests' special requests and challenges
• English language proficiency
