Your Responsibilities

A typical day for our Events and Banqueting Supervisor is dynamic and requires high energy levels. Consistency is key, even as each day presents unique challenges, and creativity is essential for navigating daily tasks. While the list of responsibilities is extensive, the following points are crucial:

  • You will lead and mentor your team to ensure service excellence across our expansive grounds, providing high-quality food and beverage service to guests, whether they are dining in their rooms, attending events, or enjoying outdoor picnics.
  • Overseeing the seamless operation of both departments throughout the day is essential to guarantee an outstanding guest experience.
