Your Responsibilities

A typical day for our Events and Banqueting Supervisor is dynamic and requires high energy levels. Consistency is key, even as each day presents new challenges. While the list of responsibilities is extensive, the following points highlight the core aspects of the role:

  • Lead and mentor your team to ensure exceptional service across our expansive property, delivering luxury food and beverage experiences for all guests.
  • Oversee the seamless operation of both departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Embody our values of Personality, Passion, Respect, Teamwork, and Creativity in every action.
  • Coordinate and plan for guests' experiences through effective communication and collaboration with all departments.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with other departments to ensure operational alignment.
  • As a senior team member, you will support staff morale and welfare, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate training sessions.
