Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Project Administrator to support a Maintenance Contractor specializing in Planned Maintenance Contracts. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with both Operational and Commercial teams to provide comprehensive administrative assistance to management.
  • Perform general contract-related tasks, including the compilation and creation of reports, spreadsheets, and system updates, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
  • Manage and distribute incoming correspondence, while maintaining effective communication with subcontractors.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels, including email and phone, while coordinating with internal teams.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in the repairs and maintenance industry is preferred.
  • Must be able to commute to the office location.
