**Job Summary**

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in North West London. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide administrative support to our management team and contribute to the success of our property services company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including collating and creating reports, spreadsheets, and updating systems.
  • Carry out general contract duties, including compliance and other tasks as required.
  • Manage and distribute incoming mail, liaise with subcontractors and DLO, and ensure seamless communication with internal teams.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via email and phone, and maintain a positive working relationship with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong administration, organizational, and communication skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in the repairs and maintenance sector, with a strong understanding of property services.
  • Able to commute to our office in North West London, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
