About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-class liaison and administrative support to our project team
- Liaise with a diverse customer base in a professional and efficient manner
- Swiftly resolve and advise residents on complaints and issues
- Log all complaints received in accordance with our policy and procedures
- Ensure agreed targets are delivered within your service area
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Excellent customer service experience, ideally within a social housing environment
- The ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships
- Well-organized and able to communicate at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literacy and the ability to use relevant software systems
What We Offer
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £18.00-£18.50 and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
